*All orders are shipped via FedEx or Purolator within Canada and US. Shipping times for packages within Canada vary from 1-7 business days depending on your location. We do not offer COD, all orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped out. The shipping cost quoted via our checkout is an estimate based on the information provided by the manufacturer for box size and weight of each product. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing an order.
Free shipping is available within Canada Ontario for orders totaling $200 or more before HST. Simply select the free shipping option during checkout. Even though expedited shipping is not free we will still discount the free shipping option from the expedited shipping cost for you.

The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the parcel carriers. As a general rule, transit times are as follows:
FedEx Standard Overnight
– Next-business-day delivery by 5 p.m. to businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences across Canada.
– Delivery to select destinations in Canada by
noon the next business day.*
– shipments can
arrive by the end of one business day or more, depending
on your destination.*
*Certain terms, conditions and geographic restrictions apply (including point-of-origin and destination guarantee restrictions and money-back guarantee restrictions). BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. If you have any questions about your order verification please feel free to contact our customer service department.
DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Evolve Auto is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
